Now based in Dorset, we started life in Shropshire in 1994 with our original product Puddlebashers.  The design was the outcome of washing 16 socks a day during a rainy spell, when the children only wanted to be outside playing in the mud and puddles!  It really is the essential garment for every little person who enjoys outdoor fun in rain, mud, puddles and sand. Puddlebashers are bib and braced overtrouser made of waterproof, breathable pu-coated soft feel polyester with elasticated straps, with a large pocket on the front for storing hoards of suspect booty in! The rainy weather is still with us and remains a large feature if you live in Britain, so our company have included waterproofs to help prevent other members of the family getting wet too. Waxwing is our new  brand for adults.  Our first design is described below. Waxwing ladies overtrousers are both flattering and practical.  Manufactured in the Uk, they are made of waxed cotton, breathable and waterproof.  They have magnetic fastenings on the outside leg.  The waistband is flat at the front with elasticated cord at the back and side with toggles.  The side vents for own pocket use, have the same contrast piping as the legs.  There are outside pockets for mobile phones or keys.
